Free tools and records for EMS leaders, clinicians, educators, and researchers working on rural EMS and community paramedicine. The staffing calculator, the historical archive of recordings, and the reference library are free and need no account. The Community Paramedic curriculum is the exception: it is released to accredited educational institutions on request. TPF’s own tools come from its field work; the archive and library preserve work produced across the field.

A decade of recordings, now accessible
From 2010 to 2020, the Community Paramedicine Insights Forum (CPIF) and the International Roundtable on Community Paramedicine (IRCP) calls documented the field as it was being built. Presenters joined from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Netherlands. The recordings capture the arguments, evidence, and program models that shaped community paramedicine’s development.
The audio recordings from 2010 to 2015 are preserved with machine-generated transcripts. The CPIF video sessions from 2017 to 2020 are on YouTube and embedded in the archive page.

The TPF document library is an open-access digital archive of the documents that shaped community paramedicine and rural prehospital care. These documents were produced by EMS agencies, state offices, academic researchers, government bodies, and international organizations, not by TPF. They are collected and preserved here as a historical record of the field.
The library includes IRCP meeting presentations from 2010 and 2012 to 2014, reconstructed from archived slides; the E.V.E.N.T. EMS patient safety reports; peer-reviewed research; governance and legislative reference materials; and implementation toolkits from across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
