A decade of international dialogue on community paramedicine
From 2010 to 2015, The Paramedic Foundation (TPF) convened two monthly webinar series on community paramedicine. They became the primary international forum for sharing practice, research and policy in the field. Presenters joined from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The recordings capture the field at a formative moment, as community paramedicine grew from local experiment into a recognized model of practice. They are kept here as primary sources.

How to use these recordings
Each recording is the original audio from a live webinar. Presenters shared their slides on screen, and the audio track captures the full talk and the questions and answers. Recordings play in your browser, with no plugin or download needed. Where one exists, a machine-made transcript is linked on the session card.
These recordings are historical reference material. Program details, regulations and payment structures described in the 2010 to 2015 sessions have changed a great deal. Treat them as a primary record of the field at that moment, and not as current guidance.
Sessions marked International have presenters from outside the United States. They show how community paramedicine was growing in several countries at the same time.
Recording rights and archive framework
These recordings were made during live webinars organized by Gary Wingrove, the North Central EMS Institute (NCEMSI), and the International Roundtable on Community Paramedicine (IRCP). Presenters knew the sessions were being recorded to share across the field. That was the stated purpose of both series.
Presenter copyright. Each presenter and their organization keep copyright in the content of their presentation. TPF does not claim ownership of the intellectual content of any session. The recordings are kept and shared only as a historical record of the field.
Recording rights. The recordings, as audio works, were produced under NCEMSI and IRCP, and TPF serves as their long-term custodian. They are offered here for non-commercial teaching and research. They rely on fair use (17 USC 107) and the library and archive exemption (17 USC 108).
International presenters. Seventeen sessions feature presenters from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The copyright laws of each presenter’s country apply to those talks. TPF cites the fair dealing provisions of those countries in good faith, because this archive is educational and non-commercial.
Transcripts. Where available, transcripts are made from the original audio by automated speech recognition. No one has checked them by hand. They are offered only as accessibility aids and research references. A transcript records the presenter’s spoken words and falls under the same copyright terms as the recording.

Community Paramedicine Insights Forum (CPIF)
The Community Paramedicine Insights Forum (CPIF) was a monthly webinar series that ran from 2011 through 2015. Gary Wingrove was its main driver. Chris and Anne Montera gave early support under the North Central EMS Institute (NCEMSI). Kevin McGinnis of the National Association of State EMS Officials (NASEMSO) supported it later. The series brought together program directors, medical directors, researchers and policymakers from across the United States and abroad. It became one of the main places the field shared knowledge while community paramedicine grew quickly.

International Roundtable on Community Paramedicine (IRCP) Monthly Calls
The IRCP monthly calls brought together community paramedicine leaders from across the English-speaking world. They talked about practice, research, governance and how countries compared. Talks from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Switzerland recorded the state of the field. They also let people learn across borders. That learning shaped national programs and the agenda of the IRCP’s yearly in-person roundtable.
