A decade of international dialogue on community paramedicine
From 2010 to 2015, TPF convened two monthly webinar series that became the primary international forum for community paramedicine practice, research, and policy exchange. Presenters joined from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. These recordings document the field at a formative moment — when community paramedicine was transitioning from local experiment to recognized practice model. They are preserved here as primary source material.

Each recording is the original audio from a live webinar. Slide decks were presented via screen share; the audio track captures the full presentation and Q&A. Recordings play directly in your browser — no plugin or download required. Where available, a machine-generated transcript is also linked on each session card.
These recordings are provided as historical reference material. Program details, regulations, and reimbursement structures described in sessions from 2010–2015 have changed substantially. Treat them as primary source documentation of the field at that moment, not as current guidance.
Sessions marked International feature presenters from outside the United States and document how community paramedicine was developing simultaneously across multiple countries during this period.
Recording rights and archive framework
These recordings were made during live webinars organized by Gary Wingrove, the North Central EMS Institute (NCEMSI), and the International Roundtable on Community Paramedicine (IRCP). Presenters participated with knowledge that sessions were being recorded for field-wide distribution — this was the explicit purpose of both series.
Presenter copyright. Each presenter and their affiliated organization retains copyright in the content of their presentation. TPF does not claim ownership of the intellectual content of any session. These recordings are preserved and made available solely as historical documentation of the field.
Recording rights. The recordings as audio works were produced under the auspices of NCEMSI and IRCP, with TPF serving as long-term custodian. They are provided here for non-commercial educational and research purposes under applicable fair use provisions (17 USC 107) and the library and archive exemption (17 USC 108).
International presenters. Seventeen sessions feature presenters from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Their presentations are subject to the copyright laws of their respective jurisdictions. Applicable fair dealing provisions in those countries are cited in good faith for the educational and non-commercial nature of this archive.

Community Paramedicine Insights Forum (CPIF)
The Community Paramedicine Insights Forum (CPIF) was a monthly webinar series that ran from 2011 through 2015. It was driven primarily by Gary Wingrove, with early support from Chris and Anne Montera under the North Central EMS Institute (NCEMSI), and later supported by Kevin McGinnis of the National Association of State EMS Officials (NASEMSO). The series brought together program directors, medical directors, researchers, and policymakers from across the United States and internationally, and became one of the primary knowledge-sharing venues for the field during community paramedicine’s rapid growth period.
